Zions Bancorporation Bank account or service problems caused by my funds being low May 21, 2016 - Checking account overdraft : was unable to deal with bank due to emergency illness, when I got out of hospital I called bank and asked for account to be closed, was told it had to be done in person or by mail and bank refused to adjust the charges. I then had someone deliver a request to close account letter and have continued to be charged fees. I stopped using this account because I thought the bank 's service was very poor. I did not realize that I still had an auto pay for my insurance.
