Zions Bancorporation Bank account or service department,

Checking account Problems caused by my funds being low California

Checking account overdraft : was unable to deal with bank due to emergency illness, when I got out of hospital I called bank and asked for account to be closed, was told it had to be done in person or by mail and bank refused to adjust the charges. I then had someone deliver a request to close account letter and have continued to be charged fees. I am not able to go to bank at present and can not take care of this issue, but am still being charged fees.
