Thrive National Corporation Debt collection communication tactics used obscene/profane/abusive language October 26, 2015 - I did join the gym. I took out a membership. I stopped going to the gym due to a racist employee working. I pay my bill just as any one else would. I agreed to pay the cancel fee and all. But the manager never would call me or face me face to face. The only person I ever seen was the rude employee. I left # serval times and called no one ever called me back. Thrive National Corporation Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid September 23, 2015 - Creditor called at - from - claiming to be with National Fitness '', only revealing they were with a collection agency 5 minutes into the phone call. I explained to them I canceled the gym membership and did not owe anything. They then asked me did I get this cancellation in writing, I said no, I spoke with the gym employee at the front desk and they said they would take care of the cancellation.
