I am attaching - response to a prior complaint where they promise to send me : 1. A copy of the application 2. Statements showing how the dollar amount is arrived at, including fee 's, etc. They claimed to have attached this to complaint # -. They did not. I will attach exactly what they attached. Oliphant Financial Corporation Debt collection communication tactics called outside of 8am-9pm May 9, 2015 - This company keeps trying to collect on a debt that originated from another creditor that has settled the account and charged off and shows paid on my credit report with all - credit bureaus.
