I did not receive any notice in the mail as would be expected. I went to the bank today to close out the CD and they told me it was too late, it was locked in again. Not only that, but I also had made a deposit the night before that would more than cover the small charge that my bank ( Apple bank ) was claiming merited the $35.00 overdraft charge. When new card was sent out, which I did not receive. Several unauthorized transactions totaling over 18,000 dollars were made.
