Review and analysis of over 14 Payroll Card complaints against Amex
Amex consumers have reported over 14 official complaints related to Payroll card. Out of the 14 consumer complaints against Amex, 14% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how Amex responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 57% of consumer complaints against Amex resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 0% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

After reviewing purchases I noticed that serveral charges had been charged twice to my account. Amex Prepaid card unauthorized transactions/trans. issues November 26, 2016 - My American Express Serve Prepaid card has been duplicating charges since -/-/2016. I did n't notice the issue until -/-/2016. I am now in the negatives in my account and American Express has not fixed the issue. I am traveling out of state and to have this issue because of American Express and to not be able to reach anyone with customer service is extremely unprofessional. When I tried to call the customer service number, the number was not active. I tried to file a complaint with American Express and they kept transferring me to the nonworking customer service number. Amex Prepaid card managing, opening, or closing account September 21, 2015 - I had a prepaid American Express Serve card, and when I called in for help on -/-/2015 for assistance with adding funds, they closed my account. I had $290.00 in cash on the card. They will not give me any information and will not give me my money back. They said I violated the terms of my agreement.?
