Amex Prepaid card department,
Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Louisiana
My American Express Serve Prepaid card has been duplicating charges since -/-/2016. I did n't notice the issue until -/-/2016. I am now in the negatives in my account and American Express has not fixed the issue. I am traveling out of state and to have this issue because of American Express and to not be able to reach anyone with customer service is extremely unprofessional. I want the charges taken off of my account and my original balance restored.
