Amex Prepaid Card Complaint

Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues

Amex Prepaid card department,

Payroll card Unauthorized transactions/trans. issues Texas

Over the - holiday, American Express made duplicate charges to my card. When I tried to call the customer service number, the number was not active. I tried to file a complaint with American Express and they kept transferring me to the nonworking customer service number. I explained the number was not working, but customer service reps continued to transfer me to the working. The duplicate charges were not addressed in a timely fashion. I had no money.
