The direct dispute was received on - -, 2016. On - -, 2016 AutoTrakk responded with a very vague reply stating that the file was verified by them, which is not adequate information for the direct dispute to be considered responded and verified. There was no supporting documentation and the dispute, as far as I am concerned was not resolved by the lack of information provided by the firm. Auto Trakk, LLC Consumer Loan taking out the loan or lease May 14, 2016 - I recently " purchased '' a car with a $12000.00 sticker price. Under the guise that this was a financed loan. After all the paperwork was finalized, the final cost of the vehicle became $35000.00 and this was a lease, not financing. So after 5 years of paying for the vehicle, I then would have to return the vehicle and also pay any depreciation cost. Also, if I return before the lease term is up, I 'm still liable for the cost of the vehicle. Or if I return the vehicle and stop paying for it, this would severely damage my credit. I never received an estimate for damages of car for 2 months from -, towing company, and Autotrakk ( loan company for - ). - held my car for 3 weeks saying they would help me and transfer car to a financial plan towing place and it sat in a garage for 3 weeks, no response and get a last minute violation of contract. Auto Trakk, LLC Consumer loan problems when you are unable to pay June 4, 2015 - I leased a vehicle from Autotrakk in 2013. It was to be a one year lease. I never received a copy of the lease. I was told by the auto dealer that Autotrakk would send it to me. The lease is up and I made arrangements with -, -, - and others in collections to bring the car back to the dealer. However Autotrakk sent someone to repossess the vehicle. The repo company they sent left several threatening notes on my door and breached the peace by opening my door.
