Vehicle lease Taking out the loan or lease Pennsylvania

I recently " purchased '' a car with a $12000.00 sticker price. Under the guise that this was a financed loan. After all the paperwork was finalized, the final cost of the vehicle became $35000.00 and this was a lease, not financing. So after 5 years of paying for the vehicle, I then would have to return the vehicle and also pay any depreciation cost. Also, if I return before the lease term is up, I 'm still liable for the cost of the vehicle. Or if I return the vehicle and stop paying for it, this would severely damage my credit. The name of the company who does the " financing '' is Autotrakk.
