Planet Home Lending, LLC Mortgage application, originator, mortgage broker September 16, 2015 - Trying to obtain a payoff from Planet Home Lending, on -/-/2015 we faxed an authorization to release the mortgage payoff signed by the borrower. We follow up with the lender and was told that they did not received the payoff. We resent the request and follow up with a phone call to make sure the request was received. We were then told that the payoff was sent via Fax and for us to check our fax. We checked and saw no fax. We called back and was then told that they called the borrower and the borrower stated ; to not send us the payoff but to - - -, which was not soo. We called t... |
