New York Community Bank Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management November 22, 2015 - I have a money market account with an online bank called AmTrust Direct ( part of New York Community Bank ), and I would like to close it. I wrote the bank -/-/- asking them to close the account and send me the balance. I have heard nothing.
