BBVA Compass consumers have reported over 20 official complaints related to Savings account. Out of the 20 consumer complaints against BBVA Compass, 25% were disputed by the consumer (i.e. the consumer was not happy with how BBVA Compass responded to their complaint) and 100% were processed in a timely manner. 25% of consumer complaints against BBVA Compass resulted in the consumer receiving monetary compensation (e.g. money, cash reimbursement, etc.) and 10% resulted in non-monetary compensation.

BBVA Compass Bank account or service account opening, closing, or management August 2, 2016 - I transferred $ - into a online bank called BBVA Compass, because they promised me a rate of 1.10 %, after three months they knocked down my interest rate to .4 %, which I feel like was a scam to get my money into their account. So I called to transfer my money out and close my account. They told me I can not wire that much out of my account at one shot, the most I can transfer out is $ - at a time and they charge a fee each time.
