Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC Student loan dealing with my lender or servicer received bad information about my loan February 8, 2016 - Reliant capital LLC, -, Ohio contacted me about a loan more than a month ago. I sent them a certified letter requesting information about the loan. All they did was send me an invoice/bill from company x, without answering the questions I asked to resolve the issue. Now Reliant has reported me to credit bureaus for collections which do not belong to me. I have repeatedly asked them to provide a copy of the award/aid loan letter and promissory note that I signed when I took the so called loan from them/somebody else that they are claiming to be mine. ... |
Reliant Capital Solutions, LLC Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was discharged in bankruptcy December 28, 2015 - All of my Student loans were discharged, not in bankruptcy, but because I had been in and out of - and was completely unable to pay. I am still unable to pay the 1983 debt they are attempting to collect now. It was not a Federal student loan as depicted, but a collection of fees from university of - for things like parking tickets. The debt is decades past statute of limitations. This company keeps trying this with me under different names such as -, trying to get me to make a payment thus obligating myself legally to whatever inflated amount they choose, because it worked once and I ... |
