Reliant capital LLC, -, Ohio contacted me about a loan more than a month ago. I sent them a certified letter requesting information about the loan. All they did was send me an invoice/bill from company x, without answering the questions I asked to resolve the issue. Now Reliant has reported me to credit bureaus for collections which do not belong to me. I have repeatedly asked them to provide a copy of the award/aid loan letter and promissory note that I signed when I took the so called loan from them/somebody else that they are claiming to be mine.
