February 22, 2016 - I had a financial aid hold on my account for an unpaid balance. - University, - - -, -, PA -, sent my account to collect agency, Conserve. I paid my remaining balance directly to - in the amount of $2700.00, which left a collection fee left to be paid to Conserve of $800.00. I contacted Conserve to come to a settlement agreement.
