I had a financial aid hold on my account for an unpaid balance. - University, - - -, -, PA -, sent my account to collect agency, Conserve. I paid my remaining balance directly to - in the amount of $2700.00, which left a collection fee left to be paid to Conserve of $800.00. I contacted Conserve to come to a settlement agreement. They told me they would have to reach out the school before accepting the terms of the agreement. It has now been 3 weeks and I have not heard anything back. I tried contacting them and they still say they are waiting to her back from the school.
