It seems that in - - decides to sue me but I was never served. - attorneys put a judgement against me and continues to try to collect the debt. I settled the debt with - back in - - and part of my settlement condition was that they would remove the judgement. That was not done. The attorneys are the Winn Law Group in -, CA. I am now trying to sell a piece of property I own but the judgement is showing up on my credit report. W... |
