Frost-Arnett Company Debt collection communication tactics frequent or repeated calls June 9, 2015 - On - I received a phone call from -. When I answered and said, Hello '' they hung up on me. I called them back and the girl informed me they were Frost Arnett Collection Agency and wanted to collect a debt. I asked the girl if she would make a settlement, she said no, so I informed her I did not have the money to cover the complete amount. She tried to press me to give her my employment information. When I refused, she accused me of threatening her. ( Which I did not ) These calls were meant to harass, annoy, and upset me and violate my rights under the fair credit reporting act. ... |
