U.S. Bancorp Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid December 17, 2015 - I used to have a past due debt with US bank which I settled in full with US bank directly and who deleted this account from my report and resent the collection notice to the collector. Now several years later - - is despirately, agressively and insultingly trying to collect on the debt that has been paid off and cancelled by the original creditor. Is n't this illegal? ... |

US Bank did not pay the $8000.00 to the business. We were contacted within a few days by the business owner and we were told that US Bank did not pay the $ - and that we needed to pay him. On -/-/15 we paid the $ - by making a direct deposit to the business owner 's bank account.
