It 's no longer on my credit report and was n't there even when I filed for personal bankruptcy in 2008. This company LCS financial called me and told me I owed tens of thousands of dollars and I needed to make a payment. The person on the phone then read me a disclosure at light speed and when I stated that I did n't understand what he said he said sorry to hear that.
