There have been several occasions since I was issued a Sam 's Club Credit Card. Initially, I was to use a card with my membership number, then later on I was issued a card with an account. number. The problems were unexpected because I had been paying the the bills on time. After I spoke my cause to the company, I expected the problems to stop, however, they have become worse. The problems : -duplicate charge of over $200.00, -unaccountable charge of $47.00, -card was denied at the register, -I would receive calls telling me there was a fraud alert on the account and I would have to call to clear the alert, and -the online account was not accessible. I prefer to pay my credit cards online. I also visit my online accounts frequently. I need the online access and the banks know that ; as such, I am convince they are harassing me as to discourage online activity as well as use the credit card. Although I have had few such issues with other banks, - -, and -, SamsClub.com has been very troublesome. Please advise.
