Synchrony Bank has - of the worst phone IVR systems that forces you to speak instead of inputting number options. This causes extreme frustration to a consumer by the time they speak to a human. I will be doing everything in my power to never give Synchrony - more penny of my money. After 15 minutes trying to navigate the system, you then can not even get account information for a card that I OWN and need a number for immediate payoff. There is a reason this company is at the bottom of the cesspool.
