Closing/Cancelling account Florida
On -/-/2016 I sent a notorized letter by certified mail # - to -, Bank of America,- - - - NC - stating I wanted my Bank of America Credit Card account and the credit I have refunded. It was delivered on -/-/2016 Several times I was contacted by BOA about closing the account and getting a refund. I answered all the questions, but BOA has failed to close the account or refund my money.
