Non-federal student loan Dealing with my lender or servicer Trouble with how payments are handled Massachusetts

I am a cosigner of - student loans for my son who just graduated from - University. I have been attempting to refinance the - student loans with MEFA to obtain a lower interest rate. It has come apparent that there are errors in the allocation by MEFA, or its service contractors, in the allocation of principal and interest from my loan payments.
