We get multiple mailings and calls harassing us that our loans are " in default, '' even though I have paid in advance and have automatic bill payments sent at the same time every month ( not auto withdrawal ). Service company has been contacted numerous times by both phone and mail without success. Incorrect credit reporting has resulted in denial of credit several times.
