On - stmt. there was a late fee of -. I made my minimum pmt and would look into this later. - statement there was another late fee of -. I called to dispute them and a supervisor agreed to issue me a credit. however the credit would go to the balance on the account not the minimum payment section where these charges are put. When i questioned him about this he said this is the way their computers are set up so if i did not pay the minimum amount this would continue to happen. I now owe them - in later fees. But i continue to pay them my regular payment.
