I have a Chase account which I watch very careful and I cash all of my checks through this bank rather then any of my other bank accounts. I spoke with Chase bank on -/-/-, -/-/-, -/-/-,-/-/- amongst other times. At these times I told them that I had a check with my landlord - -. Several times I was told that it would be documented on my account so that I would have time to put in $ - cents or around that amounts. I woke up on the -/-/- at - and there is was a message on my app that I was charged a $35.00 fee. I am a little concerned this transaction was done - which I should have had the weekend to replace that money. When I called on Saturday and ask to speak to a supervisor I was told that nothing could be done. I would really like this situation addressed and I thank you.
