Im still trying to figure out the fees charged by this company and how my payments are applied. I was on a payment arrangement to make payment for a pass due amount. an amount that the company was saying was 4 months past due even though I make a payment every month. My car was repossesed even though I had arrangement to make payment. I was quoted an amount that was due to get vehicle back and a total due with repo fees. Once I paid the amount to get vehicle back I was told another amount. They said that they added a " Key Fee '', for a key that I did not receive when I picked up vehicle. I was also told that I had 30 days from the day - picked vehicle up to make a payment, but the scheduled payments, which included the key fee, for today, but told me that I could call back and change to later if needed. I called today and was told no changes and that my vehicle would be repossesed again.
