I was sent a refund of overpayment on my Walmart card that was mailed on -/-/-. I lost that mail in my car and I found it on -/-/-. I tried to cash it at Walmart, and was told it was not honored because it was over six months old. I have been trying to get a replacement check since - -, -. Synchrony Bank has strung me along every month since then, telling me to wait for one reason or another. I called today and spoke to -, who said they called me on - -, - telling me that they would not honor the check because it was over two years old. That was not true. I have never received a call from them. She then stated that I could call back, thirty days from the call I never got on - -. Today I 'm asking for your help to resolve this matter. I called Walmart costumer service, and followed the prompts which leads you directly to a Synchrony bank rep. Thank you,.
