Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received June 25, 2016 - I was checking my credit score and I discovered that I have to credit under the name of " RS Clark & Associates '' ( see picture attache ). I never have been aware or notified about that. So I contacted them through their website and they answered with a website called " - '' and they asked me to call them. Like that they can ask me questions but unfortunately I have hearing issue on the phone so I asked them to ask me their questions in the email and I will be glad to answer. No more answer since, but in " - '' I found one Email address, so I tried again to contact, but still nothin... |

Debt collection disclosure verification of debt not given enough info to verify debt December 18, 2015 - I received a call on -/-/15 to my cell phone from RS Clark, they requested to speak with my wife. I got her onto the call and the representative gave her full date of birth and asked her to agree or disagree if that was her. She provided them permission to speak with me. I asked them to provide validation of the debt owed, they stated it is over a year old. I was told I would have to put any requests in writing and that they would mark the account as a refusal to pay. I informed them that I was not refusing but wanted verification on what was owed. Debt collection disclosure verification of debt right to dispute notice not received May 4, 2015 - Apartment complex sent $730.00 to debt collection against me. - had denied apartment managers claim and I was cleared upon move out almost 2 years ago. - decided to still illegally submit debt and not notify me. I received no notice. I found out about this debt yesterday - - 2015 when applying for a new apartment out of state. So I was never given the option to dispute this which is not legal especially with the way it was reported. I would like to take steps to dispute it but also need to be able to get out of staying in a hotel. I need to know if I pay it to clear my credit if ... |
