Us bank allowed my now x- husband to resign a loan on our house without me beigining there and he was able to forger my name and my co worker, which is was convicted of forgery for it and forced me into bankruptcy when I tried to do a charpter - they would not work with me because of him. they filed nothing on my x husband and I have to file the charges and now they have put it on my credit report and it should not be there, 1 - I filed bankruptcy on them 2- they allowed to forger my name I was told to contact you to get this removed
