after repeated attempts to explain to B of A that my income dropped because of retirement or was about to, asking for credit card interest rate modification, I was told they would review it the next month, also the rate went from about - to over 21 % once they " re-evaluated '' my income situation because I missed work due to medical issue which reduced my income temporarily. I would like to get copes of the phone calls to my cell phone from the period of - - to - - as now they are sueing me for non payment, In turn I will counter sue for harassing phone calls. Repeated attempts to B of A even though I spoke to supervisior was the same rehearsed reply, " we will review this next month '' Many times I answer and asked for relief to hear the same story. Many of there harassing phone calls were from many variations of phone numbers and multiple calls having to say the same thing over sometimes an hour apart. This happened repeately
