I have been trying to get a loan modification since - -. Half a year later they gave me a trial modification and that in - of - I would get the loan modification. But after making all my payments on time, they told me in - I would have to re-apply again for a loan modification. Since then, they have not completing my loan modification. They continually ask for the same paper work, over and over again. Now it is - of -. I have not giving up, but I do n't know what to do to get this done.
