Had my first mortgage with Nationstar -. I refinanced my home second and first into - new loan with a new company. Nationstar would not send me my refund of my escrow payments. I contacted them 9 times, each time I was told the " checks been sent '' and " we can reassure you the check has been mailed. '' They escalated my refund up to a supervisor three times and I still had to call regarding my refund check. Today was call # - and again was " reassured the check has been sent via overnight by - ''. Absolutely ridiculous company to work with and completely inefficient customer service and supervisors.
