Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay Illinois

I submitted a dispute against Well Fargo Auto Finance via - - for my credit report stating that I have an open car loan. After the investigation with - -, that account was marked closed. On - -, -, Wells Fargo Auto Finance reported the status as open and they updated the account from -/-/- to date as a charge off. I am currently in a Chapter -, where Wells Fargo Auto Finance is included and to my understanding, they are not supposed to be reporting on my credit report at all as they are under my bankruptcy, and they have done so.
