My mortgage was transferred from - - - to a firm, unnamed, serviced by Selene Finance, - - -, - - -, -, T-, -. During the handover of my mortgage to Selene, either - did not hand over the credit for the - 2015 payment I made, or Selene received it and did not credit it to my account.
