Synchrony Financial Credit card department,
Synchrony Bank who have in recent times come to hold at least - of my store credit card accounts habitually ( - times a year for each account ) fail to send monthly statements for my accounts. They claim to have sent them, but I have trouble believing that since none of my others accounts seem to have this problem. When they do send statements they arrive with due dates that are frequently less than a week away and then they claim that the payment made through my bank 's electronic banking system was received late even though the payment is taken from my bank account. Then they charge past due fees that exceed the amount of the payment due and jack-up the interest rates. I believe that they are violating the law on several points and have cost me large amounts of money as well as aggravation.
