If payment due on a Sunday I pay the amount by phone on Monday, they charge me $37.00 late fee! I tried paying online and there is no opportunity to do so! I called twice and was told if not paid exactly on the -, I will be charged a fee. Please help, I have had credit since a young woman and never heard of anything like this before!
