On -/-/16 I leased a new vehicle. The dealer is - miles from my house so I quickly signed so that I would not get hung up in traffic. The numbers were negotiated before I arrived so I considered it to be pretty straight forward. I have been away from home so I contacted Mercedes Benz Financial Services to get my account info for upcoming payment ... I asked to be emailed a copy of the contract. When I received the email is when I saw the error in the Consumer Lending Act Disclosure box. I called MBFS again to question this. I actually had to get rude with the rep to get him to finally admit that it was incorrect, then his reply was, 'We were not at the table when you negotiated and signed this contract so you will have to take it up with the dealer.. ' Are you kidding, this is a FEDERAL DISCLOSURE box that MBFS has funded with an error. When I asked how they could possibly fund this contract he told me to take it up with the dealer. WRONG, because the contract now belongs to MBFS and they made the error by funding this incorrect contract.
