I would like to file a complaint about a representative I spoke with while trying to get help during a financial hardship. I was nervous to call because I am behind on payments. I explained my situation. I told the rep " I went through a messy divorce this past year and I 'm trying to get back on top of my bills. '' The representative seemed sympathetic at first but then said, I do n't know if I should congratulate you. What type of response is that? This made me extremely emotional and I could barely speak to get through the rest of the call. No, I do n't want a congratulations. I am left broke with a --year-old little girl. I am willing to pay towards my balance, however, the representative had - personality and did very little to offer any help. I ended the call in complete tears.
