FHA mortgage Loan servicing, payments, escrow account Utah

My Loan Modification finalized after a 3 month trial period, and new loan terms effective -/-/- at which time the loan was to be brought current and all trial period payments applied. Selene Finance has been holding my mortgage payments in a suspense account, not applying them, since -/-/-.No Interest has been reported to the IRS for -/-/-. Selene has also been reporting this loan delinquent since -/-/-. Both instances are in direct breach of the loan terms agreed upon. This loan was not finalized in a timely manner nor has the terms of the loan contract agreed upon been complied with. They have been a nightmare to deal with.
