I have another complaint with Consumer Portfolio Services as well. I was going over my current credit report and noticed that CPS has closed the account and charged it off as of - -, 2015. They are still charging me fees and showing a monthly increase on the account, and trying to receive payment for it. How can they do that when they closed and charged off the account??? Also, the vehicle is still sitting on my property, which I am getting charge additional storage fees from my landlord, as it states in my lease that I am not allowed to have any unregistered vehicles on the property without incurring additional fees..
