On or about - - 2011 we sent certified letters to Ally Financial to dispute the end of lease charges via certified mail, which have never been answered to date. Since Ally never answered we decided to make the payment as the company said it would be charged off and sent to collections plus also place a negative file on my credit. The amount was paid in full and they still place a negative mark on my credit report. The 39 monthly payments have all been made timely, all extra charges at lease end were disputed as it is my right. for your help with this matter.
