Medical Cont'd attempts collect debt not owed Debt is not mine Idaho

Action Collection Services INC. is reporting a collection account ( - - - ) on my - Credit report that is not mine and they are damaging my credit with this. I contacted Action Collection Sevices Inc. on - ( attached : original letter to Action, & certified mail delivery ) asking them to send verification of the debt with in 5 days. By law a collection company has to verify any debt the consumer asks to verify.They still have not. They responded with a letter stating they can not locate the account ( attached : Action response letter ) I gave them all information needed to locate said account, obviously they are misreporting information to the credit bureaus and damaging peoples credit.
