They never tried to reach me by phone or send a bill via email which I later found out was because I signed up for no mail. Was n't sure why they did n't try other methods of contact. When the collection agency called, I had knowledge of this charge. I immediately paid - - - -/-/15 - and they said that they would take it off the list from the collection agency.
