I contacted Action Collection Sevices Inc. on - ( attached : original letter to Action, & certified mail delivery ) asking them to send verification of the debt with in 5 days. Action Collection Service Debt collection cont'd attempts collect debt not owed debt was paid September 24, 2015 - I went to - - and was under the impression I was covered by the insurance program they had me under. They never tried to reach me by phone or send a bill via email which I later found out was because I signed up for no mail. Was n't sure why they did n't try other methods of contact. When the collection agency called, I had knowledge of this charge. I immediately paid - - - -/-/15 - and they said that they would take it off the list from the collection agency.
