We received a debt collection notice from Southwest Credit in the mail claiming they were collecting a debt for one of our creditors ( - ). We do not owe a debt to - and are always current with our bill. We also have a monthly automatic withdrawal set up with -, so we know we are always current. We contacted - and verified that we do not owe a debt and also that we have never been sent to collections.
