Westlake has not been responsive to my requests since - so that I may get current tags on my vehicle. I have made - calls since - asking for assistance and continue to be told it will take various amounts of time for them to get ( sometimes 24 hours, sometimes 2 weeks ). I moved -/-/-. -/-/- I went to - get - driver 's license and new tags for my car. I was advised that I need to have my finance company request the memo title -, and have them send it -. My temporary - tags expired on - and I am no longer permitted to drive it until Westlake Financial submits the - title. Can you please help encourage Westlake to get the necessary title paperwork -? If I can not work, I can not pay them. I called Westlake the following times requesting the memo title be ordered and sent - ( per cell phone records, all times - ) -
