Vehicle loan Problems when you are unable to pay District of Columbia

Predatory lending - would like someone to look into a loan on a car note, which was at 20+ % rate. Tried to get a copy from the dealer, but the dealer closed. Contacted the credit lending company, but the case was referred to collections and a judgment was placed on my account. To this date, that bad debt is affecting my employment opportunities in the Federal sector.
